"Twisted" - A spatial distortion phenomenon occurs not only in space but inside the ship as well, changing Voyager's structural layou and completely disabling it. As Voyager is compressed and twisted by this unknown anomaly, the crew must work frantically to stop it, , on "Star Trek: Voyager" airing MONDAY, OCT. 2 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET/PT) on UPN.

Captain Janeway is incapacitated when she comes in contact with the strange force and soon, Neelix winds up missing. Meanwhile, the rest of the crew is trapped in a maze on Deck Six and the Doctor is confined to Sandrine's Bar as the force pushes inward, closing in on them.
