"Break It Down" -- In exchange for use of The Den as a movie set, a celebrity martial artist teaches a self defense class to the ladies of Liemert Park, on "Moesha" airing TUESDAY, MARCH 3 (9:00-9:30 p.m., ET/PT) on UPN. Rebroadcast: Original airdate 11/11/97.

While the women of "Moesha" learn a little about fighting from a martial artist, the men learn a little about making peace at a Father-Son retreat where the rift between Frank and Q begins to close, much to the confusion of Moesha who had been accustomed to them despising each other. Don "The Dragon" Wilson guest stars as himself, the martial artist. Lawrence Hilton Jacobs, from "Welcome Back, Kotter," also guests as the fast and loose father of Little Larry and Harry, played by the Mixon brothers. Brandy's real- life brother, Ray J. Norwood, also guests in this episode as Charles, the son of the "perfect" father leading the retreat.
