"A Concerted Effort" - Jazz great Nancy Wilson and some of the biggest names in R&B and Hip Hop music provide the backdrop for a two-part episode that culminates in a more honest and mature relationship for Moesha and her on-again, off-again boyfriend Q, on election night episodes of "Moesha," airing TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5 on UPN.

In "Part I" (8:00-8:30 p.m. ET/PT), a lovelorn Moesha wins four tickets to the "MTV Megafest," a multi-act R&B and Hip Hop concert, and invites Kim, Niecy and Hakeem to come along. But when she reunites with boyfriend Q, Moesha is caught a ticket short. Q offers a plan that will get all five of them in, then decides at the last minute to bring along his four-cousin singing group as well (singing group 112). Unfortunately, the plan backfires, leaving Q, Hakeem, Kim and Niecy out in the cold and forcing them to find their own way in.

When Q and Hakeem luck out and end up escorting an old acquaintance of Q's and her friend, Olympic basketball Gold Medalist Lisa Leslie, to the concert, Moesha spots Q with the other woman - just as she has music and television producer Russell Simmons' ear and the fate of his cousins' singing group in her hands.

In "Part II" (special time: 9:00-9:30 p.m. ET/PT), as Moesha fumes over Q's impromptu date and tries to make him believe that Montell Jordan is interested in her, Hakeem bellies up to the VIP buffet and Kim and Niecy struggle through disaster after disaster in their quest to gain access. At the end of an eventful evening, Moesha and Q enter into a new phase of their relationship.

Four hundred extras were used in the concert scene, which features performances by R&B and Hip Hop acts Black Street, Soul for Real, Xscape, 112 (who also portray Q's cousins), A Tribe Called Quest and MC Lyte. In a separate scene, jazz great Nancy Wilson performs.
