BY BICKERING BROTHERS AND THEIR ECCENTRIC STAFF
IN THE NEW COMEDY SERIES "HEAD OVER HEELS"
PREMIERING TUESDAY, AUGUST 26 (9:30-10:00 P.M., ET/PT) ON UPN

SERIES PREMIERE -- Jack and Warren Baldwin, two competitive young brothers, own and operate Head Over Heels, a South Beach, Florida, video dating service. However, the incompatible pair are better troublemakers than matchmakers in the contemporary, new half hour comedy "Head Over Heels" premiering TUESDAY, AUGUST 26 (9:30-10:00 p.m., ET/PT) on UPN.

Jack is an incorrigible womanizer who's not above hitting on the agency's clientele. Warren is more suited to running the business, but he first must stop looking for his own true love in all the wrong places. Rounding out the eclectic staff is the sardonic [an, a frustrated romance counselor who has taken a vow of celibacy; Carmen, a romance counselor working toward her Ph.D in human behavior and sexuality; and Valentina, the reformed exotic dancer turned executive assistant.

In the premiere episode, "One Down," Warren thinks Jack's raucous social life is interfering with the business so he institutes a new policy prohibiting agency employees from dating clients. But when Warren's latest girlfriend unceremoniously dumps him, he is suddenly inclined to break his own rules.

Starring are Peter Dobson as Jack Baldwin, Mitchell Whitfield as Warren Baldwin, Patrick Bristow as Ian, Cindy Ambuehl as Valentina and Eva LaRue as Carmen.

Guest starring are Kevin Farley as Fred; Terri Ivens as Heather; Natalie Barish as the elderly woman; Alex Meneses as Erika; Heidi Mark as Nikki; Karen Dior as Terri; Louisa Abernathy as the woman; Brandi Coppock as Model #1; Shawna Erickson as Model #2; Maile Misajon as Model #3; Anesha Johnson as Model #4; David Michie as the announcer.

The episode was written by Jeff Franklin and directed by Matthew Diamond.
